At Sportzdom, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our services — including our mobile apps, website, and other related platforms.

1. 📥 What Information We Collect​

1.1. Information You Provide​

  • Name, email address, age group, gender, and location
  • Profile photos, team or club details
  • Match and tournament data you input
  • Feedback, support messages, or media uploads

1.2. Purchase Information​

When you buy a Sportzdom subscription, the payment is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) or, for purchases on our website, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card or other payment details.

We keep a record of your purchase: the plan, billing period, start and end dates, and a transaction reference from the store or payment provider. We use it to give you the features you paid for and to keep your plan up to date when it renews, is cancelled or is refunded.

1.3. Information We Automatically Collect​

  • Device information (model, OS, browser type)
  • IP address, location (approximate)
  • Usage logs: features accessed, time spent, crashes
  • Cookies and similar technologies (on the web)

2. 🎯 How We Use Your Information​

We use your data to:

  • Enable and personalize your app experience
  • Suggest relevant sports, matches, or teams nearby
  • Allow match scoring, scheduling, and team management
  • Send notifications (only if permission is granted)
  • Improve product features and fix bugs
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., fraud prevention)

3. 📤 Sharing & Disclosure​

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

  • Service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery
  • Apple, Google and Razorpay, which process payments for subscriptions
  • Legal authorities, when required by law
  • Match organizers and participants (only relevant details)

4. 🧼 Data Retention & Deletion​

We retain your data only as long as necessary for:

  • Account usage
  • Legal and operational reasons
  • Analytics and performance reporting

We may keep some records, such as payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires.

You can delete your account from your profile in the app, or request data deletion anytime at support@Sportzdom.com

  • Regular audits and secure AWS infrastructure
  • Role-based access control
  • Strict internal policies for data access

6. 🚫 Children’s Privacy​

Sportzdom is available to anyone aged 5 or older, whether a child or a parent.
Users under 5 are not permitted to use Sportzdom, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 5.

If you believe a child under 5 has given us information, please email support@Sportzdom.com and we will delete it.

7. 🌍 International Users​

Sportzdom operates globally. By using our app, you consent to your data being processed and stored in India and/or AWS-hosted servers, as applicable.

You can:

  • View and update your profile at any time
  • Control notifications and permissions
  • Contact us to remove your data or close your account
