❓ Common Queries​

  • 📩 Didn't receive OTP?
    Check your spam folder or wait a few minutes before trying again.

  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Can't join a team?
    Make sure you're using the correct invite link and meet the creator's plan limitations.

  • 🧾 Match results not updating?
    Ensure the match is finished and accepted by both sides. Officials may need to verify scores in tournaments.

  • 🧑‍⚖️ Scorer or referee access denied?
    Only assigned users can edit scores or manage matches. Ask the organizer to assign you.
