📜 Sportzdom Terms of Service

Welcome to Sportzdom! By accessing or using the Sportzdom mobile app, website, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. 👥 Who Can Use Sportzdom​

  • You must be at least 5 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Sportzdom.
  • You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. 🛑 Disclaimer: Physical Activities & Responsibility​

Sportzdom is a platform to organize, manage, and score sports activities. We do not take responsibility for:

  • 🩼 Personal injuries, accidents, or medical conditions related to participation in any match or event
  • ⚠️ Physical or verbal conflicts between users, teams, spectators, or organizers
  • 💸 Betting, gambling, or monetary wagering on matches — these are strictly prohibited

🚨 Participation in sports involves risk. You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion. Sportzdom does not provide insurance or supervision.

3. 🚷 Prohibited Use​

You agree not to use Sportzdom for:

  • Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
  • Sharing offensive, threatening, or misleading content
  • Organizing matches intended for violence, gambling, or exploitation
  • Misrepresenting your identity, location, or age

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

🛡️ User Content, Reporting & Blocking​

Sportzdom has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This covers everything users add to the app, including profiles, photos, team and tournament names, match details, and live streams.

  • You can report any user, match, live stream, tournament, or team from within the app.
  • You can block any user. A blocked user can no longer send you follow or connection requests. You can unblock them anytime from Menu → Help & Legal → Blocked users.
  • We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these Terms and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.

4. 📱 App Features & Limitations​

  • Free, Explorers, and Challengers plans offer different feature sets.
  • Features are subject to change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee platform availability at all times (e.g., due to maintenance or outages).

5. 💳 Subscriptions & Payments​

  • Plans, billing periods and prices are shown in the app before you buy, and on our Pricing page. The App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency.
  • Paid plans (Explorers and Challengers) renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • iOS: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
  • Android: payment is charged to your Google Play account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play subscription settings.
  • Deleting the app or your Sportzdom account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account settings.
  • Refunds for purchases made in the iOS or Android app are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For purchases made on our website, contact support@Sportzdom.com.
  • When you switch from one plan to another, the store decides when the change starts. Your current plan stays active until then.
  • If a paid plan ends, your account continues on the Free plan.
  • Prices and plan features may change. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you as the store requires.

6. 🛡️ Privacy​

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. 🧾 Content & Rights​

  • You own the content you post (e.g. match photos), but grant us the right to use it to improve our Services.
  • You are responsible for content shared under your account.
  • Do not upload content you don’t have the rights to.

8. 🧾 Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published here. Continued use of Sportzdom means you accept the changes.
