📜 Sportzdom Terms of Service

Welcome to Sportzdom! By accessing or using the Sportzdom mobile app, website, or related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. 👥 Who Can Use Sportzdom​

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use Sportzdom.
  • You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. 🛑 Disclaimer: Physical Activities & Responsibility​

Sportzdom is a platform to organize, manage, and score sports activities. We do not take responsibility for:

  • 🩼 Personal injuries, accidents, or medical conditions related to participation in any match or event
  • ⚠️ Physical or verbal conflicts between users, teams, spectators, or organizers
  • 💸 Betting, gambling, or monetary wagering on matches — these are strictly prohibited

🚨 Participation in sports involves risk. You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion. Sportzdom does not provide insurance or supervision.

3. 🚷 Prohibited Use​

You agree not to use Sportzdom for:

  • Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
  • Sharing offensive, threatening, or misleading content
  • Organizing matches intended for violence, gambling, or exploitation
  • Misrepresenting your identity, location, or age

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. 📱 App Features & Limitations​

  • Free, Explorers, and Challengers plans offer different feature sets.
  • Features are subject to change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee platform availability at all times (e.g., due to maintenance or outages).

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. 🧾 Content & Rights​

  • You own the content you post (e.g. match photos), but grant us the right to use it to improve our Services.
  • You are responsible for content shared under your account.
  • Do not upload content you don’t have the rights to.
