What payment methods are supported?​

We support UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay β€” our secure payment gateway partner.

Do I need a subscription to use Sportzby?​

No, you can use the app with a free account. However, premium subscriptions unlock advanced features such as priority match listings, team analytics, and ad-free experience.

Can I subscribe as a player or a team?​

Yes. We offer subscription tiers for individual users, teams, and organizers. Visit our Pricing page to compare plans.

How can I cancel or manage my subscription?​

You can manage your subscription from the Account Settings section in the app. If you subscribed via Razorpay, you can also cancel directly through your Razorpay customer portal.

Is my payment data secure?​

Absolutely. We do not store any card or UPI details. All payments are securely handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Where can I find your refund and billing policy?​

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for full details on refunds, renewals, and billing.

Can I get a GST invoice?​

Yes. After each successful payment, a GST invoice is emailed to your registered email address. Ensure your billing profile includes your GST number if applicable.

What happens if a payment fails?​

If a payment fails:

  • You won’t be charged.
  • We will notify you and retry the transaction up to 3 times.
  • You can also retry manually through the app or payment link.
