You can permanently delete your Sportzdom account from within the app. This action is irreversible and removes your profile and personal data tied to your account.


⚠️ Before You Delete​

  • Transfer ownership of any teams/tournaments you own to another admin.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid future charges.
  • Optionally request a data export (match history, teams, etc.). Email support@sportzdom.com.

Deleting your account does not automatically issue refunds. See Subscriptions & Billing below.


πŸ“± Delete from the Android App​

  1. Open Sportzdom and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. (Optional) Select a reason and tap Continue.
  5. Confirm using your login method (OTP/email confirmation may be required).
  6. Tap Permanently Delete.

You’ll be signed out and your account will be queued for deletion.


πŸ” What Gets Deleted​

  • Your profile (name, photo, bio), login identifiers, and preferences.
  • Your personal stats and participation records tied uniquely to you.
  • Direct messages and notifications stored by Sportzdom services.

What may remain ?​

  • Team/match content you posted that other users still rely on (e.g., public match results, team rosters) may be retained in an anonymized form (e.g., β€œDeleted User”) to preserve competition records.
  • System logs and backups may retain limited data for a short time for security, audit, and legal requirements.

πŸ’³ Subscriptions & Billing​

If you subscribed through the app:

  • Google Play (Android):
    Open Play Store β†’ Profile β†’ Payments & subscriptions β†’ Subscriptions β†’ Sportzdom β†’ Cancel.

Deleting your account does not cancel platform-managed subscriptions. Cancel first, then delete the account.

If you want a copy of your data before deletion, email support@sportzdom.com with subject β€œData Export – Sportzdom”. We’ll verify ownership and share export options.

Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent.

I no longer have access to my registered email/phone. How do I delete?
Email support@sportzdom.com with any verification details you still control (previous transaction IDs, team names, last login date). Our team will guide you.

Do you delete photos/videos I uploaded?
Yes, personal media tied only to your account is removed. Media referenced by public match records may be detached from your identity and retained if needed for integrity of competition history.
