🔒 Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to change it for security reasons, you can reset it directly from the Sportzdom mobile or web app.
📱 App Navigation Path
- Open the Sportzdom app (mobile or web).
- Tap or click on your profile icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- In the user menu, scroll down and select Reset Password.
- Confirm your registered email address by entering it in the form.
- Tap Submit.
- You will receive a one-time password (OTP) on your registered email.
- Enter the OTP within the stipulated time to verify your identity.
- Set your new password and confirm it.
- Once updated, log in again using your new password.
🧠 Notes & Tips
- Make sure you enter the same email address used to register your Sportzdom account.
- The OTP is valid only for a limited duration (as shown in the email).
- If you didn’t receive the OTP email, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
- For security, do not share your OTP with anyone.
- After resetting, your previous password becomes invalid immediately.
