➕ Add a Ground to Sportzdom
If your ground, venue, or court isn’t listed yet, you can easily create and publish it on Sportzdom to enable match scheduling and bookings.
📌 Step 1: Go to the Bookings Tab
- Open the Sportzdom app
- Tap on the “Bookings” tab
- Choose “Create Ground”
📝 Step 2: Enter Ground Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Ground Name | Name of your venue |
| Sport Type | Choose supported sports (e.g. Cricket, Football) |
| Location | Auto-detect via GPS or manually pin on map |
| Address Line | Full address with landmarks |
| Surface Type | Grass, Turf, Clay, Indoor, etc. |
| Available Slots | Time ranges when the ground is open |
| Pricing (Optional) | Set per hour or per match pricing |
| Image / Poster | Upload ground photo or banner |
📍 Ensure your address and map pin are accurate — this affects search and discovery.
🔒 Step 3: Access & Booking Options
You can choose how users can interact with your ground:
- ✅ Instant Booking – Auto-confirm upon payment
- 🔁 Request to Book – Requires your approval
- 🛑 Private Use – Only your teams or clubs can book
As a ground owner, you can approve, decline, or reschedule bookings anytime.
👥 Step 4: Assign Ground Admins
Grounds can be managed by:
- 🧑💼 Yourself (creator)
- 👥 Additional ground admins (by email or Sportzdom ID)
Admins can:
- Modify availability
- View booking history
- Receive notifications
✅ Step 5: Publish the Ground
- Tap “Create”
- Your ground will be visible to:
- Players nearby
- Teams searching for venues
- Admin users with permission
You can always edit or unpublish the ground later under My Grounds.
