Start Match process Wrestling & Karate

Match Confirmation Page ✅​

After successful match creation, the app navigates to the Match Confirmation Page.

💠 Match Confirmation Page – Overview​

  • Displays message:

    • "We will notify when opponent accepts" 🔔

  • Shows a Self vs Opponent container 👤 ⚔️ 👤

  • A Refresh icon 🔄 is available:

    • Clicking it fetches the latest match status

🔄 Match Status Handling​

  • User clicks Refresh 🔄 to check updates
  • Status updates based on the opponent's response

💡 Important Notes​

  • For Scheduled Matches:

    • Referee & Scorer are pre-assigned 👨‍⚖️👤
    • After the scorer accepts, the Select Scorer button is hidden 🫥
    • Go For Toss becomes available only to the scorer 🎲

  • Officials list includes:

    • Image 🖼️
    • Name 🏷️
    • Role 🎭
    • Status Badge: Accepted / Requested

💠 Scorer Button — Enable Conditions​

The Select Scorer button becomes enabled only when:

  • Opponent accepts the match request 🤝

1️⃣ Role Assignment

📝 Scorer Selection​

  • Opens a Bottom Sheet
  • Prompt: "Choose who will score the match" 💬
  • Select a scorer from the list view
  • Assigns responsibility for digital scoring 📊
  • Selected scorer is highlighted with green border 🟩

⚖️ Referee Selection (Optional)​

  • Opens a Bottom Sheet
  • Prompt: "Choose the referee for this match"
  • Select referee from list view
  • Selected referee highlighted with red border 🟥
  • Referee supervises match fairness and can finish the match 👨‍⚖️

📌 Note​

  • In Scheduled Matches, Select Scorer is visible until scorer accepts
  • Once accepted, the button is hidden 🫥

▶️ Start Playing​

  • After selecting the referee, the Start Playing button becomes enabled.
  • User clicks Start Playing
  • App navigates to the Score Page 📊
  • Match scoring can begin 🎯

Note: This Match Confirmation flow is applicable to both 🤼 Wrestling and 🥋 Karate matches.
