👥 Manage Team Members
As a Captain, Admin, or Coach, you can manage your team roster in Sportzdom — invite new players, assign roles, remove inactive members, and monitor player performance.
✉️ Invite Team Members
You can invite new players to join your team using:
- 📧 Email or Sportzdom ID
- 🔗 Team invite link
🔄 How It Works
- Invited players receive a notification and invitation prompt
- Players must accept the invite to officially join the team
- Pending invitations can be tracked under Team → Invitations
🔒 Players who decline or ignore the invite will not be added to your team.
🚫 Member Limits by Subscription
The team creator’s subscription plan determines how many members can be added per team:

|---|---|
| 🟢 Starter | 15 |
| 🟡 Explorers | 25 |
| 🔴 Challengers | Unlimited |
Once the limit is reached, no more players can accept the invite unless:
- You upgrade your plan, or
- Remove existing members to free up space
🛠️ Manage Existing Members
🧑⚖️ Assign or Change Roles
| Role | Permissions |

| 👤 Player | Basic participant in matches |
| 🧑⚖️ Captain | Can manage invites, matches, and assignments |
| 🧑🏫 Coach | Can view and comment on stats |
| ⚙️ Admin | Full control over team settings and members |
To change a role:
- Tap a team member
- Select “Edit Role”
- Choose a new role and Save
📊 View Member Stats
You can view individual performance by tapping a player:
- 🏟️ Matches played with this team
- 🧠 Stats by sport
- 🏅 Awards and badges earned
- 📆 Match history and milestones
Visibility may depend on your role and the player’s privacy settings.
❌ Remove a Player (Admin Only)
Only Admins can remove players:
- Tap the player’s profile in your team
- Select “Remove from Team”
- Confirm the action
Removed players will lose team access but can rejoin later via a new invite.
🚪 Exit Team (For Players)
Any player can exit the team on their own:
- Go to Teams > [Team Name]
- Tap “Exit Team”
- Confirm exit
Once exited, the player:
- Will be removed from team chat
- Will no longer be auto-included in future matches
🧭 Best Practices
- 🧹 Remove inactive members regularly to keep the team roster clean
- 🔁 Rotate captains or admins to distribute responsibilities
- 👀 Monitor stats to identify high performers
